Field of Dreams

When securing the right construction company to build an 88,000 square foot structure
with personality, one demands a gifted and skillful candidate with a history of repeated
success; quality projects resulting in satisfied customers. Such a construction
company
must possess the creativity as well as the desire to produce what the customer wants
within an established budget. Its’ employees must be capable of relationship building
that drives mutual respect and understanding, establishing what is expected
and what is
possible given defined restraint. Kinley Contractors, and more specifically the human
assets of the company, possess all of the above. As evidenced by the beautiful Field of
Dreams Assisted Living Facility built and located in Allegany, New Y
ork, Kinley Corp
employs the talent required to successfully coordinate an intensive and extensive
project such as this. They fostered one on one relationships throughout the process of
development, local approvals, value engineering, building and warrant
y, that far
exceeded all expectations. Finally, when the structural brick and mortar piece was near
completion, Kinley remained engaged and driven to achieve the visual zenith of the
project.

“When we as a church made
the decision to expand our current facility by adding a new
6000′ square foot Welcome Center and Conference Room, we reached out to Kinley
Corporation for their help. Having worked with other contractors in the past, we found
that Kinley was exactly what
we needed and a pleasure to work with. They were very
attentive to our unique needs and situations and at every point went the extra mile.
When we were faced with some challenges along the way, they thought of us more than
themselves. Their expertise in
building was exemplary and they were true to their word
and work at every step in the process. When the time comes to expand again they
would be our first choice of contractors. We would highly recommend them to anyone
who needs to build.”

St. Bonaventure Church

Saint Bonaventure Parish
In the Fall of 2019 Kinley Corp. took on the task of renovating St. Bonaventure Church
in Allegany, NY. The renovation was pretty straight forward: painting, new floorin
g,
improved lighting, building a third bathroom in the church, some new furnishings. While
the improvements focused on updating the worship space there were some exceptional
adaptations and modifications. For example the building of framing so to use the
old
iron altar rail as the railings for the side entrance to the church and the emergency exit
on the opposite side. The framing of the iron altar rails enhanced the look of the
sanctuary. The creation of a shelf along the internal perimeter of the chu
rch containing
multiple electrical outlets now allows for devices needing power to have easy access as
well as provides a placement for seasonal decorations. The re

adapting of the former
maintenance

sacristy into an office

vesting area for the clergy giv
es the pastor and
visiting clergy a quiet space to prepare for the liturgical rites they will preside over.
Throughout the almost 4 months of work I found the on

site project manager & the
overall project manager very open and patient in the discussion of
ideas and
adaptations, as well as conscientious in keeping the parish trustees and myself
informed as progress was made. The sub

contractors and Kinley’s own staff
employees were pleasant to work with and proficient in their skills. Their suggestions
a
nd input throughout the project gave further definition and refinement to the church
interior.

I am most satisfied and
grateful for their
involvement and
cooperation with the
renovation of the church.

“We were fortunate in having the opportunity to work with Kinley on a large capital
project involving a complete renovation of our primary care clinic.
Since these clinics
are regulated by the NYS Department of Health, Kinley staff worked closely with us,
the
architect, the city inspector, and the Department of Health on ensuring all standards
were met.
The project involved several phases, and we stipulated that the clinic had to remain
open during construction.
Kinley staff made necessary adjustments
that allowed us to
seamlessly continue seeing our patients.
Completion dates for each phase either met,
or exceeded, our expectations, and the ongoing communication between all parties was
helpful in avoiding any misunderstandings.
Change orders were
handled quickly and accurately and fit and finish of materials was
high quality.
Kinley staff were an absolute pleasure to work with on a daily basis, and
actually felt like part of our team.
Once the project was completed, we really missed
having them
around!
Kinley is second

to

none in knowledge, workmanship quality and professionalism, and I
would not hesitate in highly recommending them.”

Belfast Central Schools

Kinley Corp of NY is the general contractor for the current building project at Belfast
Central School. The team on the job has been professional and responsive to our needs
from the onset of construction. The project was started in December of 2019, while
students were in school, and the Kinley crew was very mindful of the increased need for
safety and security of the construction area to protect our students. When the COVID

19 pandemic hit, Kinley worked collaboratively with the District and architecture
firm to
manage the sudden new rules for continuing progress on the buildings.
Whenever an issue or challenge has developed, our project manager has worked with
BCS to resolve the situation to meet the needs of the District. The foreman on the job
has been
on top of all aspects of the project and has treated our building as if it were his
own. Kinley Corp has worked to make this a smooth building project for our staff and
community.
